On March 10, TsingInst Railway (Luoyang) Rail Transit Technology Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "TRT") and Hubei Shiruida Heavy Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hubei Shiruida") officially signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement in Xiangyang, Hubei. The two parties will carry out in-depth cooperation in research, development, production, and market promotion of rail transit equipment. On-site, TRT awarded Hubei Shiruida the bronze plate of "Production Base of TsingInst Railway (Luoyang) Rail Transit Technology Co., Ltd," marking that the cooperation between the two parties has entered a substantive stage.

 1 Complementary Technologies to Jointly Expand the Market, Creating a Benchmark for Industrial Synergy

        Relying on the technical accumulation of the Luoyang Base of Tianjin Institute of Advanced Equipment, Tsinghua University, TRT holds leading advantages in intelligent operation and maintenance equipment, detection equipment, and other fields of rail transit. As a well-known domestic manufacturer of rail engineering machinery, Hubei Shiruida has deeply engaged in the rail construction and maintenance equipment market for over 20 years, possessing a complete industrial chain layout and large-scale production capacity. In this cooperation, both sides will integrate TRT’s intelligent R&D capabilities with Shiruida’s manufacturing and market resources, focusing on promoting the iterative upgrading and joint production of products such as rail maintenance equipment and intelligent operation and maintenance equipment, accelerating the industrialization of innovation achievements. In the future, the two parties plan to launch multiple new products with industry competitiveness in the coming years, jointly exploring the domestic and international rail transit operation and maintenance equipment market.

        In terms of market promotion, the two parties will establish a joint brand promotion mechanism, sharing customer resources and sales channels. They will focus on customer groups such as urban rail transit and railway engineering sections, providing an integrated solution of "intelligent equipment + full life cycle service." TRT will leverage Shiruida’s mature market network in the engineering machinery field to quickly expand market coverage; Shiruida, in turn, will enhance product added value through TRT’s technical empowerment, seizing the initiative in the high-end equipment market. In addition, both sides will jointly build a joint laboratory, focusing on technical research in areas such as green low-carbon and artificial intelligence, aiding the industry’s transformation toward intelligence and greenization.

        This strategic cooperation is not only a milestone in the complementary advantages of the two enterprises but also an important practice in collaborative innovation along the industrial chain.
